No matter what I've done — technology, teaching, bodywork — the thread running through all of it was the same. I've always moved toward people who are struggling.

Growing up feeling different, depressed, and afraid, I looked for someone willing to do that for me. It took a long time to find it. What he taught me changed everything about how I understood healing and eventually became how I practice today.

What I've learned is that healing doesn't start with the right technique or the right diagnosis. It starts with someone willing to walk toward the hard thing with you — the shame, the hurt, the patterns you've been carrying so long they feel like just who you are. Not managing it from a safe distance. Actually going there.

I work well with complexity — layered histories, patterns that go back further than you can easily trace, the kind of stuff that doesn't fit one diagnosis. But your experience doesn't have to feel complex to you. Many people who find their way here aren't sure their history warrants this kind of help.

What matters isn't how bad it was. It's how it affected you. That's the only measure that counts here.

I'm not a finished product. I know what it's like to hold it together on the outside while something underneath isn't working. That's why I can stay in the room with you when it gets hard.
