What makes us different
Most people who find their way here have already done the research. They know their patterns, they've named what happened, some have even done therapy before.
What they haven't experienced is someone sitting with them in it — without rushing to fix it, reframe it, or move past it.
That's where things actually start to shift.
Why us?
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I don’t treat it that way. I limit my caseload so each person gets the right attention. Some sessions we talk. Some we slow down and pay attention to what’s happening in your body. Some we follow a thread you didn’t expect to pull. I adjust to what you actually need, not a predetermined protocol. What stays constant is that I’m fully present, I’m paying attention, and I’m not going anywhere when things get hard.
The goal isn’t for you to need me forever. It’s for you to trust yourself again.
